The Chief Executive Officer is Kobus Smit. With the 20 years experiences Qualified in labour relation and completed his degree in LAbour Relation Management, Post-Graduated Labour Dispute Resolution Certificat (candidate CCMA commissioner), and registered with the AHI Employer Organisation, Employment relations is responsible for the establishment of proper Labour Relation Systems in mainly small or medium enterprise.
